Human Rights

At Voida, we are committed to upholding the dignity, rights, and freedoms of all individuals impacted by our operations. As a software and technology company, we recognize our role in respecting and promoting human rights, not only within our organization but also across the ecosystems we touch.

Voida aligns its practices with internationally recognized frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Conventions. These principles guide how we treat our employees, design our technologies, and interact with partners and communities.

Voida promotes a workplace that values safety, inclusion, and fairness. We strictly prohibit discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or nationality. We do not allow forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, nor any form of child labor. We support equal opportunity, fair compensation, and the freedom of association.

Our digital products and services are designed with ethical principles in mind, prioritizing user privacy, freedom of expression, and digital autonomy. We avoid involvement in projects that may enable surveillance, censorship, or exploitation, and we actively promote ethical AI and responsible data handling. We assess and mitigate potential human rights impacts and expect our partners, vendors, and stakeholders to uphold these standards.

Voida believes that privacy is a human right. Our systems and operations comply with relevant regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local data laws. Where local laws conflict with internationally recognized human rights standards, Voida shall endeavor to resolve such conflicts in a manner that prioritizes respect for fundamental human rights.

This policy applies to all Voida employees, contractors, vendors, and subsidiaries. Our leadership team is responsible for reviewing and enforcing it.
